I am currently not accepting any returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any questions about the products or your order.
Shipping and Delivery
I am offering free shipping on all domestic orders and a $15 flat shipping fee for international orders. I am not responsible for packages once they leave my hands at the post office. If you think your package is lost, please check the tracking information, then contact your post office. I will do my best to help locate your item. However, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my products, I cannot refund or replace any items that have been lost in the mail.
A Note on Sustainability
In my efforts to run a more environmentally conscious business, I reuse packaging from items that have been shipped to me (e.g., Amazon mailers and boxes). So if you are wondering why you received your plushie or ornament in an Amazon mailer, know that it was an intentional way for Little Feltworks to be more eco-friendly!
